Work carried out in people’s homes, for example by tradespeople carrying out repairs and maintenance, can continue, provided that the tradesperson is well and has no symptoms.

Again, it will be important to ensure that Public Health England guidelines, including maintaining a two-metre distance from any household occupants, are followed to ensure everyone’s safety.

For our engineers this means washing hands with soap and hot water regularly and sanitising their desk/work area, door handles, phones, steering wheels & driving controls, etc., daily using the bleach spray and paper roll provided.

Where possible we will ensure a 2m distance is always followed to ensure the safety of our team and our customers.

Payment at Ideal Loft Ladders is very simple, we try to making payment as stress free as possible and have 3 different options for you.

What payment methods do you offer?

Payment at Ideal Loft Ladders is very simple, we try to making payment as stress free as possible and have 3 different options for you. We take no deposit upfront (unless its over £2000) an arraignment would be made when the booking is confirmed and a deposit email will be sent and the outstanding payment will be made on the day. The deposit amount is 25% of the total work to be carried out.

With payment, we try to make you feel as safe as possible that is why we take payment upon completion only after you have signed to say that you are satisfied with the work carried out. Which we are sure you will be. All of our installers carry a mobile chip and pin machine to make payment as easy as possible. We accept most major debit and credit cards. The only cards we don’t accept are American Express, Diners club and business credit cards.

We take payment also by BACs, you will be sent an invoice to your email address before the installer leaves your property. All of our payment details are on the invoice, to make you feel comfortable we don’t hang around whilst your online banking is open. All we ask is that payment is made by midnight that night.

We also take good old cash as payment, but the choice on how you pay is entirely up to you.
