What to do before we arrive?

We take care of everything here at Ideal Loft Ladders, but there are some ways for you as a customer to make the day run smoother and make sure your belongings are out of harms way.

Unless you are un-able to do so we ask that you remove items such as photos on the walls and ornaments that are going to be the route from outside to your loft. The team are more than happy to assist you on the day but if you can then removing those would be a great help. We just want to make sure that we leave your property in the same condition in which we arrived.

Not only do we want to protect what is down stairs but also what is in your loft, if you can, we ask that your storage is removed from the loft. We want to make sure that the stuff that you are storing up there isn’t going to get damaged or be in the way. If this isn’t possible then please make us aware before we arrive and we will make an arrangement with you.

A lot of the time, our customers haven’t been in their loft or they have only just moved in. Rubbish left by the people that used to live in the property happens an awful lot. If you are aware of rubbish and debris in the loft, unless a prior arrangement is made then we ask that the rubbish be taken out of the loft. We can do this for you but we would charge for this. Old water tanks can also litter lofts, these can be tricky to remove. We have the tools and equipment to remove these for you, please be sure to let the customer service team know so they can cost you in for tank removal and disposal.
